The hotel is centrally located and a short walk to the beach.

Our room was quite small and the bathroom felt cramped. There was noticeable noise from both the street and the hallway, which made sleeping difficult at times. It’s situated on the third floor with a tiny lift that only accommodates two people, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.

Had a great time with a clean room, though the shower head didn’t work well.

Charming little hotel right in the heart of Nice. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the main square and a short walk to the beach. My room had a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling pedestrian street. perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The staff were incredibly warm and provided helpful tips about local sights and restaurants. The communal fridge was a nice touch for storing snacks and drinks. However, noise from the street was quite noticeable at night because of the nearby nightlife, making it a bit difficult to sleep soundly at times. The room was on the smaller side with limited storage, but it was clean and well-maintained. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, allowing me to plan my daily adventures without hassle.

However, street noise was noticeable at night, making it tough to get a solid sleep, and limited storage options in the room were a downside. It was just a prime choice for a swift visit in Nice with good value. The communal fridge in the reception area was a nice touch for snacks and drinks. Make sure to utilize the local bus for affordable transportation options around the area.

Bathrooms could use more space for personal belongings!!! Noise from the street can be quite disturbing at night, definitely not ideal for light sleepers!!!

Our stay was fantastic with a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying the sunset. They have a great rooftop terrace to unwind and a small library to grab a book and relax. The bathroom was a tad cramped, but it didn't put a damper on our experience. 😊
